before you come into the clinic, you can print a new client form or boarding agreement and fill them out at home.
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Debit cards, personal checks and cash. We also offer CareCredit, a medical line of credit that offers six months no interest for qualified applicants.
