Stephanie Schlotzhauer, DVM

Dr. Schlotzhauer grew up in New Franklin, Missouri, and graduated from the University of Missouri in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She then went on to complete her D.V.M. in 2016. After graduation, she worked in a small animal ER and then a mixed animal practice near the Lake of Ozarks before joining Horton Northeast. She is passionate about animal behavior and has interests in nutrition, ophthalmology, and exotics.

Dr. Schlotzhauer is glad to be back home and close to family. Outside of work, she is an avid reader and loves to hike and camp. Her personal zoo consists of several dogs, cats, rabbits, and a bearded dragon.
