Michelle Marshall, DVM

Originally from Chillicothe, Dr. Marshall has more than two decades of experience in veterinary medicine. She graduated from Truman State University in 1988 with her Bachelor of Science in Biology before receiving her D.V.M. from the University of Missouri College of Veterinary Medicine in 1992. She married her husband the day after graduating from vet school and practiced in St. Louis for two years before returning to Columbia in 1994.

When Dr. Marshall has a chance to get away from the clinic, she loves to travel. Some of her favorite destinations include Italy, Ireland and Hawaii. She enjoys snorkeling, biking, hiking and attending concerts. She has two children, three cats – Storm, Lightning and Cosmo – and two dogs – Sally, a Basset Hound mix and Axel, a Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix.
